This has got to be one of the best hearing exponential experiences - it pumps and drives then settles back-takes you from a ledge of comfort to a spill down a slippery slope to a rocket out to the unkown--enjoy--we are!!! ...and thanks to Jimmy, Ya Know?

This is an excellent recording. Veteran musicians, Ross Valory, George Tickner and Stevie "Keys" Roseman (and special guests) have put together a fresh instrumental sound that are best listened to in your favorite recliner (lights low) through a set of Bose Q2 headphones. Each track evokes the vivid images that its title would suggest.
The bands venture into jazz on "Nightflower", "City Lights" and "No One Wins the War" call to mind sounds of some of the jazz greats such as George Shearing, Cal Tjader and Dizzie Gillespie. The musicianship on these cuts is arguably equal to, and in some cases, superior to a lot of today's popular jazz ensembles. Buy this CD! After listening to it you will find yourself anticipating VTR's next project.
